Fall Football

Tyler was pretty set on playing tackle football this year. Sadly for him (not to much for me) we could not find an organized 6th grade team. Any other age was not a problem, but for Tyler tackle football just wasn't in the cards for him. So he settled on flag football instead.
Watching Tyler's games is a really fun way to spend fall Saturday mornings as a family.
It also keeps Tyler busy two days a week at practice which is sometimes hard manage with all his other activities, homework and chores. But I think it's really good for him. He actually thrives on responsibility and challenge.
Here are a few pics from his latest game.
Okay, so Ty is that good looking one wearing the #4.

Look at that face. Be afraid...be very afraid.

Bring it on, big guy, Ty can take ya!

Perhaps next year Tyler will enter the world of tackle football, but this momma is perfectly happy spending my Saturday mornings on this lil' 'ol flag football field.
Good Job, Ty!
Here are some of Tyler's biggest fans...

Hmm....Pretty good times, Indeed.
