Due to some technical difficulties with my dumb computer I am a little late in posting this post, but anyways...
Last week McKenna had a birthday.
That little rug-rat is FIVE years old! Holy Moly!
McKenna had training wheels for less than 24hrs. before she took off like a mad woman down the streets of our neighborhood.
She is quite the athlete. Now I just have to convince her that she's not invincible.
She thinks she owns the roads. Scary!!!

McKenna, Five years ago when you were born you were like a balm to my soul. I needed your sweet companionship and love. You were the piece of heaven that I needed at a very crazy time in my life. I am so very grateful that you came into our family. You had us all wrapped around your finger from the very start. I love everything about you...from your sweet tender kisses right down to your stubborn orneriness. Everything is so perfectly you. I love you to pieces. I know you are so excited to go to Kindergarten, and I'm happy that you want to grow up and learn so many new things, but just so you know I'm gonna miss you! Love, Momma
