Holy Hannah, it's already June! Oh, my! Let's wrap-up May shall we?
As you all know May started out with a BANG, literally. So I thought I would start will an update on all of our accident victims.
Emmie's Broken Head

Emma is doing awesome. She only occasionally complains of headaches, but for the most part she is back to normal.
Todd's Broken Arm

Todd hated his cast at first. It itched and I think it made him feel claustrophobic because he kept trying to get it off. After a few days he adjusted and it hasn't slowed him down much.

As you can see he gets around with it pretty well.
McKenna Getting Her Stitches Out

McKenna got her stitches out last week. Our great neighbor came over to take them out. She is doing good, but it left a nasty scar.
Mother's Day

Me and the kiddies. I am just about laughing at this point because it is so difficult to get seven kids to sit still and look at a camera. Oh, well it was comical.
Misc. May Pics

Holy Great bowl of cereal Kaylie! Do you think you have enough? Silly girl. ;)

Toddy and I got busy building lego-land. I must say, it was quite the awesome castle.

Daric's first ice-cream cone. Things went pretty well until he decided to turn it sideways and start chomping on the cone.

These are my latest yard sale find. Saturday I hit the jackpot. I got these couches to replace my 10 year old green set that had definitely seen better days. I also got a set of rustic tables for the basement. And some other fun treasures. The house is slowing coming together. This summer we need to get busy painting a few rooms.
After church one Sunday Sydney and Kaylie decided to dress like twins. That then inspired Tyler and Todd to do the same. Emma and McKenna were supposed to do the same, but were not as ambitious. I couldn't resist snapping a picture.

Mother/Daughter Mad Matter Party

The girls had a mother/daughter achievement day activity. Me and the girlies had lots of fun together.
Syd's N.O.V.A. Graduation

N.O.V.A. stands for Nurturing Opportunities, Values, and Accountability. It is a 14 week class taught to the 6th graders. It really is a great program.

Sydney received the N.O.V.A. certificate, Constitution award, and Pack award at graduation. Good job, Sydney.
Tyler's Class Play

Ty's class preformed The Emperor's New Cloak. Tyler got to play a small piano piece and got to be one of the main characters. It was fun to watch. Nice job, Ty guy.
Todd's Pre-School Graduation

Our little Toddy graduated from pre-school. He did a great job this year. He has come a long way. We are so proud of him. He is super excited for kindergarten.
The Dance Festival

All the kids preformed in the school dance festival. I didn't include all the pics, I may save that for another post. This one is already long enough!
Syd's 6th Grade Graduation

Way to go, Sydney!

Syd is off to Junior High next year. Wow! Yikes! Holy cow!

Sydney had a great group of friends this year. They supported each other and got along really well. I hope these girls stay close as they move on together into Jr. High. Good friends make all the difference. Sydney we are so proud of you!
My Nephew's Graduation Party up Provo Canyon

The Roberts Family

Tami and her little hiking buddies.

Skipping rocks.

Mom and Dad bought Josh luggage for graduation which will come in very handy when he goes to Hawaii. Josh got a spot on the BYU Hawaii basketball team. Not only is Josh a great ball player, but he is also a great student and a wonderful young man. We are also very proud of him. Go Josh!

My four beauties.

Aaaahhhh!!!!

Grandpa and his little pal.
Memorial Day

Yesterday we took the kids up Provo Canyon. We hiked/walked from Bridal Veil to Vivian Park. It was a beautiful day. We ate a picnic lunch at Vivian then walked back down.

May was a busy, but fun month. A few things that I didn't capture on camera were...Ken spent a week in Florida, the kids Author's fair, and the three inches of snow we got on May 24th. Crazy! We are excited for June and lots of summer activites. Yay for summer!

Another awesome wrap up. I love all the pics! You always say there are too many but I can't get enough. It makes me feel like we didn't move so far away. So good to see what everyone is up to.
I noticed that you haven't had any more ER visits. Has the ER sent you a reminder card yet to remind you that it's time for your weekly visit?
Thanks for the update :)
I must say you are looking a bit lighter. Are you loosing weight? You look AWESOME!!!
I hope that wasn't rude to say that.
LOVE the new couches!!! You should do a room-by-room photo...or better yet, do one of those DITL (Day In The Life) photo blogs! And I'd love to know what you planned for the kids' summer break. We're doing homeschooling over the summer (to keep up reading/math skills, especially for Brooke) and will be doing a few field trips. They will also go to day camp twice a week, swimming & piano lessons and Matthew (heaven help us) will probably play football.
(and LOL for "Someone else" with the ER reminder card comment. Too funny!)
And yes, you *do* look lighter. Details please!
