Going Private

It's time.

Recently I was going through the process of making my blog into a book. I started back at my earliest post back in July of 2008. As I read through some of my first posts they were a bit embarrassing to me. I was sarcastic (more than usual, and a but too much for my liking). I noticed that my style of writing was based upon who I thought was reading, most family and close friends. My family and I bantered back and forth for a while but that was short lived and I started writing more for myself than for others. I was comfortable with that, but now it's time for a change.

 

Over the years I have debated many times about going private, until now it never felt quite right. Nothing has changed except that I get way more spam comments than I want -And right now I just feel the need to write to and for my children. In order to really be true to my heart and respect the privacy of my family I need to make this blog private.

 

I will miss sharing with you...my vocal and silent friends. Many of you have been a great support to me over the years. I really will miss you.

 

To my local friends, I guess this just means we'll have to do lunch more often!
