Now I have to figure out what to so with the rest of them. I was determined not to make applesauce, because I can buy it so cheap. But I may change my mind, I don't want the apples to go to waste. Our neighborhood was built on an old apple orchard so we are all swimming in apples. Which is very cool. We also got some nice peaches this year, but I was a little late getting them off the tree and unfortunately most of those went to waste. Next year I'll be better. But today was a good day.

I'm so very impressed. Doesn't it feel good to be Nancy home maker :)I mean suzie home maker...lol. They look awesome.
But homemade applesauce can't be beat. So yummy!
You babe!
The best applesauce I've ever had was the batch I decided to make one year with a plethera of apples I had been given. Just a thought. I have an abundance of potatoes if you want to swap for some apples : )
