Daric's First (Not MOM Made) Grub

For weeks after we brought Daric home from the hospital whenever I was feeding him Emma would begin her sentences with...Mom when you're done milking him can you...then proceed to ask for what she needed. I tried to explain that it was not me milking him, he was milking ME! And could we please call it something else...feeding, nursing, anything but milking. I was already feeling a bit too much like a cow. Sigh...Anyways.

Yesterday Daric began to fuss, he was hungry and although I love the fact that MY body can sustain HIS life at that moment I did not feel like being "milked". So I thought I'd see what he thought of rice cereal. It started out a little like this....

He was not a huge fan right off the bat. But, eventually we ended up like this...

Everything that went in came immediately out, but at least he wasn't crying. I think he may just learn to like rice cereal. Oh, my little baby is growing up.

That's so funny! "milking him" Love it! Congrats on the rice cereal. Is he really that old already? Time flies.

LOL, I love the milking...When Ember was born Austin asked me where her utters where. LOL. Kids are so classic.
I hate feeding the babies when they are this little. Good luck with the feeding frenzies :)

Sorry I've been a bit slow on the comments lately. I always think of the comment in my head when I read the post but then realize a while later that the comment never made it out of my head. Anyway...That is so much fun. I can't believe he is old enough to try cereal. He is growing so fast.
