Ken hung this banner from the garage during the shower. 
Everyone in my neighborhood thought we were making the big announcement. Sunday morning when we didn't answer the phone our R.S. President started calling the hospitals to see where I was. She was much surprised when I showed up to sacrament meeting with baby still inside. I told everyone we were just practicing to see if they were paying attention. They passed the test.

I'm so sorry I wasn't there. I'm glad I got to stop by today and have a one on one baby shower :) ours was kind of lame though. I'm so glad that your getting attention in your new ward :)
Nancy, we're totally twinners - except for the pregnancy thing & the 6 kids thing & living in different states thing....... but I love to hang out with friends too! Especially if they're giving me presents. So glad you had fun! Take care.
I'm so glad you had fun. That was the whole idea (well, that and getting you stocked for the new baby). I know that I had a blast. The next time you hang the banner you may have to put a little sign next to it saying "This time it's for real".
So why didn't your cool friend invite any of your sisters.....I am not so sure... she is so cool! DISS
Heather, that is exactly what my way cool friend asked when I gave her the guest list - Why is there no family on this list? She said. I explained that my wonderful sisters have already done so much that I didn't want to make them feel obligated to do more. That is way you were not invited-plus you live in Idaho. But, how do you know that NONE of the sisters were invited? Maybe it was just you! He-he just kidding!
I think that it was a great way to spend a Saturday morning! It was way fun to hang out and talk and eat some treats. Love you so much Nancy!
that's funny! I'm glad you had a baby shower. What a nice friend. I use to hate going in public when I got close because everyone acted shocked to see me still pregnant. Hope everything is well!
